  2. 2. Hercules, Son of Zeus and the mortal Alcmene. He is most famous for his 12 labors.<br />
  3. 3. Ladon, The hundred-headed dragon who guards the garden of the Hesperides and the tree with the golden apples.<br />
  4. 4. Theseus, son of Poseidon, Aethra and Aegeus. Slayer of the Minotaur. <br />
  5. 5. Cerberus, Guard dog of the Underworld. <br />
  6. 6. Achilles, Son of Peleus and Thetis. Achilles wore armor made by the god Hephaestus for he was the strongest Greek warrior.<br />
  7. 7. The Sphinx, terrorized the city of Thebes with this riddle: “What goes on four feet, on two feet then three, But the more feet it goes on, the weaker it be?” Can you figure it out?<br />
