Yes, that is me and my Dad in the final slide. I almost always end with a photo of myself and that is the one picture I had around digitally and plus it always makes me smile.

Is that you at the end, CC? Love the use of archival photos - and really appreciate the message in slide 15. Social media is a long road - not a quick fix, flash in the pan initiative. Clients are often attracted by the perceived ’low cost’, but that’s because they make the mistake of focussing on tools. They need to focus on relationships. Cheers!
