You will find that the library here is much bigger then you are used to. So just to remind you: To see your personal information and course materials you need to log in to My UniHub.You need to log in to access: Library e-resources.Email from the University and your tutors.Please register for password reset so you can do it yourself rather than having to phone us up or visit the library.(In case asked: IT user id is on ID card, password is M number plus first three letters of month of birth)
There are self service machines you can use it issue, return and renew your books and to pay any library charges.In each printer pod there is a PC which you can use to top up your printing account online. Debit and credit cards can be used. Or you can use this blue machine to pay with cash.Please use the Kiosk PCs for computer and room bookings.

We also work closely with our colleagues in the LDU who offer these services:Help and advice available for everyone:students who are doing well and students who want to do better, home and international students. Located in the Williams Building (WG47) (blue building opposite College Building outside of Sheppard Library)LDU Learning Lounge: Open for students Mon-Fri 10.00-17.00. This is a drop-in academic enquiry point.
Informal study: Space for students to work individually, but you can chat.Group study: Space and facilities that enable student to work together easily around a single computer. There are a small number of these areas with computers provided or you can use other informal study spaces with a laptop.Silent study: usually in rooms with doors, plus the Law Wing. Please respect this and don’t use it for group work.You can book S202 and S223 for yourselves using the booking facility on one of the kiosk PCs.Phones: Please put your mobile on silent / vibrate only and respect those around you.Hot and cold drinks and cold food only can be consumed in the library.
Your Middlesex ID Card gives you:Proof of ID for the safety of everyone on campusAccess to the Library and other Campus buildings such as lecture theatres, classrooms, labs etcAllows you to borrow books and other materials from the library. You can borrow 12 books (Undergraduate) and 14 books (Postgraduate)
