CAST Our goal is to discuss the new emerging story, and how we play a direct role in defining & re-defining, the Conflict, Characters, Story-board, Foreshadowing & the Assumptions in our society.

Story Based Strategy The Conflict / Illusion: What is the problem we are addressing? The Characters: Who are the characters in our story? Story-boarding / Imagery: A way for the group to talk about their possible future. Foreshadowing: What is our solution to the problem? How do we make the future we desire seem inevitable? (NVC’s, Social Artistry, An Ethical Market Place, the CAST process) Assumptions: What assumptions and core values do the activists share in order to strengthen their community as they work toward their common vision?
