        • Review terms of service: what’s the trade-off for “free?”
        • Is the service reliable/SSL security? 
        • Does service meet your practice volume? (some services offer only limited accounts for free)
        • Realize, that sometimes, free is off limits: 
          • No free business cards w/bix card company’s logo on the back
          • No compromising client confidentiality or other ethics rules for free service. 
          • No websites with site host in name (e.g., www.aol.com/joesmithlawfirm )
