  • About Carol Smith helps companies understand their customers so that they can attract more of them. She researches and communicates users’ needs to clients to help them improve their strategy and design. To ascertain the quality of the user’s experience, she conducts evaluations and usability testing on websites, software, and consumer products. Carol has a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and in her ten-year career has worked across many industries. Carol is also the Treasurer and Director of Education and Training of the UPA, an organization that promotes usability concepts and techniques worldwide.
