    • AN UNFORGETTABLE EVENING
      • My sister’s friend told me a story one night. One day, his
      • parents went to dinner to celebrate their anniversary. They left him in
      • charge of her younger sister. He proposed to watch a scary movie, but
      • the girl didn’t want to, she preferred to watch a love story movie. They
      • started a fight and at the end, the girl had to watch the film her
      • brother had chosen. After watching it, his sister went to bed very angry
      • because they didn’t do anything she wanted to. Then she told her
      • brother: “Tonight you’re going to wake up and you’ll notice you’re wet.”
      • He was a little frightened, but he just thought it was a joke. In the
      • middle of the night, he had a nightmare and he woke up. When he
      • opened his eyes, he saw his sister looking at him with black eyes and her
      • mouth opened and wet. He closed his eyes and opened then again. His
      • sister was gone, but he was wet. Since then, he always does what
      • his sister wants and he never stays with his sister alone.

    • DO YOU THINK GHOSTS REALLY EXIST??? One Saturday afternoon, David was alone at home. His parents went out to have dinner with some friends. David thought that he could watch a scary movie. He telephoned his friends: Pete, Betty, Kate, Tony, Amy and Laura. They studied together at school. Laura was the youngest of the group and she was the most scared. Before watching the film, they were all laughing except her, who was scared because Laura really believed in ghosts and the supernatural. But she didn’t tell anyone. They watchedthe film and after that, everybody was very frightened because the film was very real and interesting. That day it was raining and the light went off several times. Suddenly, they realised that there was someone or something with them. They were terrified and decided not to watch another horror movie anymore. These friends will meet to speak, walk, dance… Mª Teresa Morales
    • THE GHOST GIRL
      • My brother told me a story a nun had told him. The nun learnt the story when she was 6 years old and now she is 98. The story is about a girl born from the love a christian nun and a muslim caliph. They were separted when they were discovered. The girl grew up with her father in the muslim village, while his mother lived in a small monastery far across the forest. The girl suffered from a very strange disease that caused sudden bleeding blood. At the age of 12, the doctor said that she would die soon. Then his father told her that he would give her what she wanted for her last birthday. She knew that all she wanted was to meet her mother (because the last time she saw her, the girl was a few weeks old). Her father couldn’t refused her desire. A few days later, her father looked for some men and a buggy and went to the woods to reach the monastery. But there was a legend about that forest. People said that there were bandits and anyone passing by, would be stolen all belongings and killed too. Despite this, the men left to the monastery with the girl in the cart. When evening came, they stopped under a large tree. They went to sleep and the bandits arrived wiht guns and knives and killed almost all the people there, except the girl. When the girl saw what was happening, she started bleeding in her mouth, nose and ears. The bandits thought she was dead, stole the horses and left. Later one of the men that was still alive realised the girl was alive too. He took her and walked to the monastery. He arrived there and knocked on the door. A nun opened the door, spoke to the man and ran to tell the other nuns. She said: “Sister Mary, come, run, your daughter needs to see you”. The man fell to the ground unconcious, when the nun came to see her daugther. Suddenly the thieve tried to enter the monastery. The girl got up, ran to hug his monter and surprisingly, there was a very nice sound and a flash of light blinded everyone there. When the light desappeared, the bandits were dead, dismembered, hanged, .. And the mother who was hugging her daughter, opened her arms and realised that there wasn’t anyone there. The girl had died and was there on the floor. Therefore, what she had embraced and what had protected the nun was the girl ghost. The story tells that the man who took the girl to the monastery became the caliph for many years because the girl’s last wish, to hug her mum before dying so as to rest in peace, had been fulfilled. • THE SKELETONS OF THE CEMETERY
      • A few children found an abandoned cementery where there was nothing
      • except hundreds of tombs. . They entered. It was dark. Suddenly, they heard
      • Strange noises, they were scared and tried to escape, but the entrance of
      • The cemetery had disappeared. It was at that moment when skeletons
      • began to appear from under the ground.. When the whole cemetery was full
      • of skeletons, the boys tried to escape again, but it was too late. They were
      • surrounded by them. In the end, the skeletons caught them and took the
      • boys to the tombs. The boys had made a terrible mistake. They hadn’t read the
      • warning poster that said: “If you come in, you’ll never leave this place”.

    • THE STRANGE DOOR One day I got up and I heard a door. I wasalone at home. I went down and I ate my breakfast, but I heard the door again. I thought this was very strange. I went up and I saw the door was opened. I had closed it before going down. What do you think? Is this true or false? By Brain Casado
    • THE PICTURE A man decided to build a house to live in it year-round with his family, his wife and eight children. So he built a big beautiful mansion that was the envy of all the people. The family moved to live there at the time that the painters gave the last touch. They decorated the house at will and put a box that the father had bought as a birthday present for his daughters in their room. On the lid of the box, there was a clown with his fingers stretched out. The children loved it, although it had been very cheap. When they had been living there for a few days, one of his daughter was sleeping alone in a room, but when Chloe, her mother came into the room, she found her dead. She cried hysterically and called her husband. After this, she wanted to go of this house at once. She didn’t like the house and the strange things that were happening. The clown in the box only showed nine fingers now. The husband managed to calm down his wife and they stayed in the house. Two days later, mysteriously one of the teens crashed the bike and died. The woman asked her husband to leave again, but they stayed. Time passed and one more child died. Chloe began to go crazy. They had eight children and three had died. Her husband thought it was just bad luck, but Chloe had decided to leave the house with her children with or without her husband the following day. The next morning Chloe was dead. It was to much. The clown on the box six Fingers out. The man decided to investigate about this clown and the box. Two more children died, they were found drowned in the banks of the river. Two more fingers had disappeared. The same sday, one of the daughter took a drug overdose and died too. Then The father knew it was the clown and not a terrible accident. He swore for his dead wife that he wouldprotect his two remaining children. But he could not do it. They all died in a fire that destroyed everything in the house except a strange box with a nice clown on its lid. Fran Jiménez Rengel
    • THERE ARE GHOSTS IN MY HOUSE One Friday, it was Mery’s birthday but she was very sad, because no one remembered to congratulated her and she didn’t want to tell them Anything. When she left the school, Mary returned quickly home. There weren’t people in her house. Her mother left her a note in which she wrote: “ I am in your grandmother’s house, I will return late. Her father was working and Mery didn’t have brothers or sisters. Mery went to her bedroom and she began to cry until she fell asleep. Suddendly she heard a bark that woke her up. It was her dog “Boby” and “Boby” never barked, so Mary went down to the garden to see what happened. Boby was crazy and mary got very scared and she decided to enter home again. She slept a lot of time and it was very late. Her mother hadn’t returned yet and Mary continued alone at home. She was turning on the TV when she listened some steps and she was very scared. There wasn’t anyone in the house but she looked around the rooms to be sure. She didn’t see anything strange and she decided to have a shower. When Mary got dressed, she saw there was a note on the mirror that said: “You Should be happy!” By ….. Suddenly her best friend, Anne, arrived at her house. Anne covered Mery’s eyes and took her to the house basement. Here her friends and family were waiting for her. They had prepared a birthday party. She felt stupid to be frightened of her own family and friends, but NOBODY HAD WRITTEN THE NOTE OF HER MIRROR … By Sandra Martín
    • A NIGHT TO REMEMBER One night I was walking home from my friends’ house all of a sudden I felt something grab my leg. I looked down but there was nothing there. I thoght to myself “that was weird”. I started to walk when I felt something grab my legs, whatever it was it had a strong grip on my legs. I couldn’t move, next thing I know, I was on the floor, it tripped me. I was laying face down when all of a sudden it flipped me and started hitting me. I tried to scream but nothing came out. I closed my eyes, hoping that it was all in my head. When I opened my eyes, I was in my bed. It was all a dream. I got up and went into the bathroom to wash my face when I noticed bruises all over me! Was it a dream or was it real? By Chad Phillips
    • THE MYSTERIOUS HOUSE Weeks ago, I was having a shower when I listened to someone call me. I went out of the bath and I went to see if my mother was calling me, but she wasn’t at home. Then I looked for my sister and it was like a joke but she was not in the house. When I realised that there wasn’t anyone at home, I was really scared. Later, I went to my room to dress up and I found a paper on my bed and I could read; “I’m near you, and you cannot see me”. Then I felt a soft wind and I went out to the street, the door closed behind me. From that moment I could never return to my house and we decided to buy a new house in a near village. By María Martín
    • VOICES IN MY HOUSE
      • One night I heard voices in my house. When I
      • went to see who was there, I saw a shade in
      • the mirror. I thought that was the voice I
      • heard. I closed and opened my eyes and the
      • shade wasn’t in the mirror. The shade was a
      • ghost, I was sure. But I thought it was just a
      • dream, when suddenly I noticed a shiver in
      • my back. The ghost wanted to go out of the
      • mirror and killed me. This was real. What do
      • you think? It was Tuesday, 13th.

    • MY BROTHER IS DIFFERENT One day my brother prepared a party at home. That day he wanted to celebrate his birthday. He had never wanted to do it before. First, he invited his friends and all the family. All people were scared because my brother was different and everybody knew it. At the party, he laughed and spoke with all. I was really happy, because he was a goog brother, but he usually speaks little. Finally, when the party had finished, I spoke with my brother and I said to him that I was very happy with him. He looked at me and said: “ Don’t think that I can be different” and he laughed very a lot. by Albeto Hidalgo

      • A group of friends met to watch a horror film one
      • afternoon. When the film finished, Marta thought that she

      • into it. Juan opened the door, there was a long corridor with
      • lots of doors at each side. At the end of the corridor, there
      • was a staircase. The group of friends went up the stairs. In
      • front of the window they saw a shadow. Pedro shouted with
      • fear and María ran into a bedroom where she found a trunk
      • with old photos. In front of her, she saw a man. He was
      • dressed in white. Suddenly she realised there was a ghost
      • flying around. All the friends ran frightened, but opposite them,

      • Ten years ago in a village a girl of only 6 years old was alone at home, because her mother went
      • shopping. There was a knock on the door, she opened it but there was no one there. The girl
      • closed the door, but there was a knock again. She opened the door once more, but saw no one
      • there. The girl was scared. She heard a noise, something fell down. She went up to see what
      • had happened, but there was nothing new. The girl was really frightened. She did not
      • understand what was happening. Later another knock on the door, she did not know if she
      • should open it, but she decided not to. It wasthe worst of all decisions. The door suddenly
      • opened and things began to fall down. She was so scared and went to look for help, but it was
      • a small town with few inhabitants and she could not find anyone. Then she came next to a big
      • tree, a pair of big eyes poked around, but she could not see anyone there. A voice suddenly said:

    • A HORROR STORY
      • It was the last day of school. I was 14 years old and I went to my grandmother’s
      • house on holidays. I will never forget what happened there. The things that occurred
      • were not normal, they were evil. It was the last school day. My partners were
      • impatient to finish the lessons. The last lesson was the math class. IT was boring and
      • the teacher wanted to go home too. We were counting the minutes, the seconds…
      • Time over. The holidays were here! I said goodbye to my partners. I thought I had to
      • Go home quickly because I wanted to know where I was going on holidays: to the
      • mountain, the beach,…. I didn’t know! I didn’t say hello. I ran into the house and I
      • went to my bedroom. I left my schoolbag and then I went to the living room.
      • “ Mum, I said, Where will we go on holiday this year?”
      • “ This year, she said, Do you want to go to your grandmother’s?”
      • “ Yes, I do”, I answered. “I’d like to visit her. She lived in a cottage near a lake. The
      • house was similar to a film. The lake was transparent with a bridge. The house was
      • near it, … It was fantastic! I was impatient to go there. I chose my clothes and
      • packed my luggage. My father told me that it would take 3 hours to get to my
      • grandmother’s house. We got there and my father told, “ If you want to return
      • home, just give me a phone call”. “OK, dad. bye”, I said. “Bye and be kind to your
      • grandmother! When we arrived, we entered in the house. It was exactly as I
      • remembered it. It was 6:00 pm. My grandmother asked me how the year has gone.
      • I answered it was as the others. Before I went to sleep, my grandmother told me:
      • “ Recently, some paranormal events have occurred”. I thought she was playing a joke on
      • me, but I was wrong. That night I slept well. The following day, my grandmother said
      • to me she had listened strange things, doors closing adn books falling down. I didn’t
      • hear anything at all. I slept well for a couple of days, but the third night, I didn’t sleep
      • a wink. The door was Opened and the window closed. Suddenly the door slammed. “I
      • was my imagination”, I thought. I covered my head with the blanket and I fell asleep.
      • Not very well, but I slept. The fourth day, I didn’t sleep and wait. I knew there was a
      • ghost, but I needed to be sure of it. And I did it. It read my mind or that is what I
      • thought. I saw a shadow and the door slammed again. I was frightened and I waited
      • for the day to come. In the morning, I told my grandmother what had happened. She
      • was very scared. I used my mobile and phoned home. I told my parents what was
      • happening but they didn’t believe me. My grandmother helped me and they finally
      • believed us. My father came and tookus home. We have never come back to the house
      • Again and we don’t know what happened with it.

    • DEAR DIARY …
      • Saturday, 10th January 2010
      • Tonight, I had a great time because we were all together at Melissa’s home and after dinner we didn’t know
      • what to do and Javier told us a horror story based on real event. The story was:
      • In the forest near here, there was an old mansion that was cursed because its previous owners had
      • suspiciously disappeared one by one, until the house was Finally uninhabited. This happened on Sunday
      • 17th January 1910. This story was about a house in a town near here. We were all suprised that
      • this could have happened so close to our city and we had an exciting idea, to go there the following
      • weekend. It would be 17th January 2010. We definitely decided to go there.
      • Saturday, 17th January 2010
      • Today we are goingt to spend the night in the old mansion in the forest. The truth is that I am a little scared, I
      • don’t know what is going to happen there.
      • Monday, 19th January 2010
      • Last weekend was the worst of all my life. It all started when we went into the mansion. It was very large and
      • my friends, Stassy and Melissa and I were frightened. But dario and Javier were not, they were always
      • playing jokes on us and saying:
      • “ Hey! I’ve disappered”
      • “ Look, me too!”
      • For a moment, we could not see them, but finally they were there laughing at us. It was just a disgusting
      • joke. We got very angry because we were scared because of the story Javier told us. Melissa and I went
      • upstairs and entered a room. There we found a doll with the head turned back. We didn’t like it. Then, we
      • asked the boys to come there, but they didn’t answer. We thought it was a joke again, but we were scared
      • again. We looked for them around the house and ran out to the forest. They weren’t anywhere. Desparate,
      • we returned to the mansion to take our phones and call our parents. When we came in, the doll we had
      • seen upstairs was there, at the foot of the staircase. We thought the boys had put it there. We looked for
      • Them again and finally we saw something terrible. Javier and Dario were next to the doll, dead. Their
      • head had been turned backwards. The house was really cursed as Javier had said.
