They will practice plugging in the USB port and turning on the doc camera. They will place a document under the camera and use the different components. The + and – keys zoom in and out the images that the leaners can see on the screen. The arrow keys allow the instructor to move the screen in any direction for optimal viewing. On Screen Text: Camera Feature on the Doc Camera Graphics: Narration: This last feature on the document cameras keypad is the camera. This feature allows instructors to record video of a lesson, using the document camera. Teachers can press this button as they use the document camera throughout instruction and then it’s stored in the database. Also, they will use the remote to zoom in and out and adjust the screen. On Screen Text: Document Camera Remote Control Graphics: Narration: The remote will allow instructors to stand anywhere in the room and manipulate the image using the remote control keypad. There is an on and off button located at the top of the remote. Also, the keypad you see on the remote is very similar to the keypad on the base of the document camera. This remote allows you to zoom in and out of an image as well as adjust the screen. Notes: Remote control

Graphics: Narration: It’s apparent that technology is becoming more advanced everyday. Technology plays such a vital role within our society and how people learn. With the move towards more globalization and technological innovations, it’s imperative for instructors to effectively use different technological devices in order to create an environment of successful learners.
