Increase the free and democratic access of the Extremadura's citizenship to the Communication and Information Technologies (ICTs) Show the use of Internet and the new technologies. Promote the local, national, european and south-american dinamization networks, in order to promote the knowledge . Show the benefits of e-administration on a basic level to go near the digital citizenship, promoting and motivating best practices. Be aware at the new changes in the organizational culture between the administration and the citizens. Enable the transfer of knowledge and be aware at the good practices acquired..
