• Continue Part 4 of your organizer:  Click on create a profile.
• Continue Part 4 of your organizer:Make up a name, but use the information from Step#1 to fill in the age, gender, physical activity, height,and weight based on the client you chose.After you fill this out, click submit
• Continue Part 4 of your organizer:Then, click on My Plan
• Complete Part 4 of yourorganizer:Now, Copy and paste Yourclient’s My Plate Plan into yourproject.
• Part 5 of your organizer:Create a seven-day menu detailing all foods and beverages your client should consumeto meet the MyPlate suggestions recommendations and an analysis indicating that themenu provides the recommended servings of each of the food groups for each of the seven days.
