2. In My Problem statement, the stakeholder is a
blind person, so i´m testing my prototype with
two guys that are blind and i´m showing the both
experiences wich result very different.
3. Create a partner program, so
another person can guide
him/her to the place they wanna
go.
Make a program which
helps him/her to count
the steps from one
place to another or help
them memorize their
daily route.
4. The first prototype, consisted in choosing someone it
could be a teacher, employee or a student from the
college thata could and wanted to guide “Daniel”
(Stake holder), from one place to another one, so this
person wuld know all the places Daniel had to go and
he would go with him.
I talked to Daniel and proposed him his idea, and he
rejected it why?
1.- Because he wouldn´t felt independent
2.- Because there isn´t someone with the necessary
time to take him with him all day long
3.- Because he said he wanted to try it by himself
4.- Because sometimes people doesn´t know how to
guide him so he gets more lost.
I couldn´t get a video or photos, cause my prototypes, or in this case programs
are used with persons and they didn´t give me the permission to use photos of
them
5. On the other side David actually liked this
idea, because:
1.- He could meet more people
2.- He said it was ver difficult for him ti move
from one place to another and that everytime ha
had to ask for someone´s help.
3.- He could get to his destiny more quickly.
4.- He wouldn´t get lost.
5.- He wouldn´t have accidents like falling in the
stairs.
6. This prototype consisted, in counting steps from
one place to another and to design Daniel a daily
route so he can guide himself by touching
things, andcounting steps.
Daniel liked this idea more, because:
1.- He could do it by himself
2.- he would feel usefull
3.- He would be able to recognize and memorize
a daily route
4.- He would be able to transport in an easily way
7. David, liked this idea less than the other one, because:
1.- He doesn´t feels completely sure about space, ha shows
fear of having an accident.
2.- He sais he isn´t very good at memorizing, so thata he
would forgot and get nervous.
3.- He likes to be guided by someone so that person can see
for him.
4.- He doesn´t like the idea of making it wrong and getting
lost.
8.
9. In my case i felt both prototypes worked, the two
persosns i used for this need i detected, liked one
of the two, but what i found interesting is that
their personalities defined ther answers and that´s
waht made them choose a different prototype with
different reasons.
10. Definetely the systems i designed are too short of creativity, cause they could
not be taken seariously, cause sometimes we don´t take a look to thata
persons daily routine, so it can be improved looking for a specific person to do
it, and not just say someone like a student or an employee cause thay are
busy in the day, so it has ti be well organized so different persons can
participate in the day to help this two amazing persons.
11. These are some questions people had at the
moment i talked about my prototypes:
1.- Who can participate?
2.- How can you design a daily route for them?
3.- How are you going to be able to help them?
4.- Did the liked your ideas?
5.- How can they find a way to move from one place
to another one by temselves?
12. • Design them a special schedule for thier classes
• Find a person who really can particpate in this
prototype that doesn´t belongs to college
