    • The inspiration was the nautical themed logo spiraling up. The community is where the desert meets the sea, however this building had noviews of the ocean except from the third floor, so we kept it light, cylindrical, and included water features. The open center was designed forevents and traffic, and the second level provided much needed office space for administration.
