    • SCHEDULING / FORECASTING & REPORTING Project Control The GRC Group understands the importance of providing your project with proven forecasting, scheduling, and reporting tools that can be accessed in real-time. In response, GRC handles Scheduling, Forecasting and Reporting through the use of online software solutions. This system is a secure, web-based application that allows project teams to efficiently manage, track, and forecast every aspect of the project. It can be used for any size or type of project regardless of location, size or compexity and is stringently maintained throughout the duration of the project lifecycle. The dynamic functionality of our web-based solution provides significant benefits to our client teams by providing accountability and risk-avoidance for project scopes, schedules, and budgets – enabling construction/project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Project status, schedule, financial, and performance information can be accessed by an online system at anytime, anywhere – at both the summary and detailed level. This ability to obtain real-time project information allows our Project Managers to constantly assess the ‘health’ of an existing project. Part of our risk mitigation program incorporates maintaining an inventory of providers that continually meet our stringent financial and performance criteria.     • Quality Control The GRC Group would work jointly with each project team member in establishing all program metrics. Based on our experience in performing similar services for other clients, GRC would propose the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project and portfolio level tracking: Actual Costs vs. Budget (incl. savings achieved and cost avoidance) % of Projects Completed On Schedule Customer Satisfaction Surveys It has been GRC’s experience that the number of “key” metrics should be limited to ensure that focus is placed on the most important criteria for each project. Design Quality Assurance GRC Group will monitor and engage in the design process at the earliest time to ensure that each facility’s specific requirements and objectives are fully met and reviewed by the client prior to approval. Review of the designer’s Quality Control Plan and associated documents is the first step. Routine confirmation that the plan is being executed is the second step. Conformance with budget and schedule parameters is an on-going and essential element of the QA Surveillance Plan. Compliance with the basis of design, verification that design review comments are incorporated, constructability reviews, and ensuring a fresh review of the documents prior to distribution are examples of additional activities associated with the Quality Assurance of the design process. Construction Quality Assurance GRC’s surveillance of the construction process ensures that work is being executed in accordance with the contract, drawings, and specifications. Attention is paid to the inspection process required by the local jurisdiction as well as any required 3rd party special inspections. Assurance that testing occurs at the appropriate time is a critical part of this process, as is calibration of testing equipment.
    • GRC’s COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY GRC’s Sustainability Program provides guidance to the entire organization and our clients with respect to the delivery of sustainability services for existing buildings. The group has developed a process to effectively evaluate and manage existing properties through the LEED EB certification process, achieving a 99% success rate for all LEED EB credit points submitted on behalf of clients. Our LEED services are specifically tailored to help property owners gain greater building efficiencies, while also offering them a competitive edge in property classification by navigating the rigorous USGBC verification process. The GRC group is comprised of LEED AP® experts dedicated to creating comprehensive LEED EB analyses, successful LEED EB certification submissions and brand value for the property if required GRC’s Project Management Group covers the entire LEED build-out lifecycle, from on-site consultation through certification submittal and follow-up. Clients gain additional value from the group when engaging early in the project process, allowing our LEED NC, CI and CS professionals to offer solutions that integrate with the overall capital investment plan. GRC has also developed a Sustainability Practice Group comprised of transaction experts who are also LEED accredited and advise clients seeking environmentally sound occupancy choices.
