  • Doctors Itis the start of the new year so why not take the time to get a check up. A general check-up will let you know how you are, and may take some weight of your mind. Heading to the Opticians to get an eye test is also a great way to start the year off right.
  • Financial Time to take a look at your finances and make some fiscal goals for yourself. If in debt create a budget that is manageable to help get you back on to an even keel. If looking to save money apply the same principle. Make sure you monitor how you are doing with reaching your targets.   • Spring Clean Removing clutter is a great way to get a new perspective on the year. The less junk around the more focussed you can be on achieving what you want for the year. It can be a painful process but be strong as it is more beneficial than you may think. View slide
  • Communication Make 2013 the year when you get in touch with old friends. Through email, social networks or even letters take the time to reach out to those around you.
  • Exercise And Diet Ifyou are looking to get healthier in 2013 get started now. Set manageable targets and the steps required to reach them. Look at your diet and work out weekly plans to keep your diet varied and healthy.
  • Set Goals Set out your goals now. Create a list of all that you could hope for the year. Pick out a manageable number of goals for the year. Make sure to take note of how your goals are coming along and tick off those you have achieved. This will give you a great sense of achievement when you look back at the end of the year.
