Advantages and Disadvantages <ul><li>Advantages </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>Allows for one type of file to be used. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>Using different programs through windows will not have trouble accessing the file and the format of the file will not change according to the program being used to view. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>This will save a lot of time in re-editing and miscommunication through multiple files. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul>

Only those who have the latest version of IWorks 2008 can export files from Google doc. </li></ul>
