Lead Qualification Quality Analyst listens to call recording. START of Call Campaign Send to Quality Analyst Agent tags success calls as “ For Lead Qualification&quot; in the PipelineCRM. Lead Registration Leads/appointments approved by the QA appear in the PipelineCRM and on the Client’s calendar. Email Delivery/Web Pick-up PipelineCRM sends notification email to the Client. Client follows email link to view qualified leads and appointments scheduled.
