  2. 2. <ul><li>On the Weight Watchers flex system, you get a daily allowance of points to eat. Each food is assigned a points value based upon it's calories, fat, and dietary fiber. You can eat any food you like as long as you stay within your points number. For example, I get 25 points a day, and if I eat an egg for breakfeast(2 points), and then for lunch have a turkey sandwhich(5points), I would still have 18 points left for the entire day. </li></ul>

  4. 4. <ul><li>Your sex: </li></ul><ul><li>If you are female- score 2 points </li></ul><ul><li>If you are male- score 8 </li></ul><ul><li>If you are nursing- score 12 </li></ul><ul><li>Your age: </li></ul><ul><li>17 to 26- score 4 </li></ul><ul><li>27 to 37- score 3 </li></ul><ul><li>38 to 47- score 2 </li></ul><ul><li>48 to 58- score 1 </li></ul><ul><li>Over 58- score 0 </li></ul>

  7. 7. <ul><li>Add up all your scored points- that is your daily points target. </li></ul><ul><li>As you celebrate your birthday, increase your daily activity, or as you lose weight, you will need to keep retaking this quiz to most accurately figure your points allowance </li></ul>
