    Massage has many important health benefits. Massage can help you maintain physical, mental and emotional well being
    It reduces stress
    Reduces heart rate and blood pressure
    Increases blood circulation and
    lymph flow
    Relaxes muscles
    Improves range of motion and
    Increases serotonin and endorphins

  • 4. Swedish Massage
    Swedish massage, is the most common form of massage therapy in the United States
    Massage therapists use long, smooth strokes focused on superficial layers of muscle using massage oil or lotion
  • 5. Hot Stone Massage
    Basalt stones are heated in 120 to 150 degree water and are placed on specific points along the spine and chakra points of the body. The therapist is simultaneously massaging the client with heated stones using firm strokes
    The heat from the stones relaxes muscles, increase the blood flow which further accelerates the healing process
  • 6. Reflexology
    Reflexology involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet called "reflex points" that are believed to correspond to other parts of the body. Reflexology is often used with the intention to relieve stress or prevent/treat physical disorders.
  • 7. Thai Massage
    Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move the client into a series of yoga-like stretches
    Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment
    Thai massage is described as both relaxing and energizing
