    • We have 1000+ SFDC users across multiple states
    • We have been using the UE of SFDC since 2008
    • Headquarters are in Dearborn, MI
    • We sell auto, home, and life insurance
    • Support multi-line agents across multiple states

    • We work with partners who supply us leads (customer who request an insurance quote)
    • There is no standardized format when we receive the leads and who receives them is unclear
    • We are not sure when the customer requested to receive a quote from us
    • We are not sure when our agents receive the leads and or if they are following up on them
    • There is a lot of human/manual intervention required

    • Leads from multiple sources on paper, email, napkins, faxes, etc.
