El documento describe una presentación en la conferencia INTI en Huelva, España en noviembre de 2013. La presentación explora el uso de entornos virtuales y herramientas Web 2.0 para promover la inteligencia territorial y la investigación participativa a través de la gestión del conocimiento y la participación comunitaria. El objetivo es analizar cómo funcionan los procesos participativos en entornos virtuales y dinámicas de redes para capacitar a los ciudadanos y generar conocimiento que se traduzca en acción.
