    • Objective: a website «  ready to go  », based on the Catalyse method, multilanguage, low cost, robust and reliant. Built around an existing free CMS (Joomla), this website can be feeded by a specific community, in a web 2.0 way .
    • This website include:
      • an editorial part (presentation and observatory actuality)
      • the Catalyse tools, with access to the on line tools ePragma and eAnaconda, and the on line cartography
      • the on line services of the observatory: repertory, library,news management, media library, website users management, intranet for the website management
      • very easy to instal: "user-friendly" and low-tech (like blogs, spip, joomla…)
