      Provide a single point of contact for businesses, governmental agencies, associations, and organizations to access training and workforce preparation services throughout California. It is created as a cooperative venture of California’s 110 Community Colleges.
      Target clients are only those entities with training and workforce preparation services needs that expand beyond a single college district’s service area.
