decide what you STAND for and BELIEVE in

do your FUCKING HOMEWORK

iterate QUICKLY and PIVOT almost as fast

understand METRICS and how to
OPTIMIZE
them

KNOW what milestones you need to hit

build a personal brand

get your ass OUT of Montreal

don’t raise money…
until you’re ready
