He has lot’s of friends ! … Old classmates from Gdansk , … Friends from High school , … And some friends from Italy , China and Hungary of the International University in Cracow.
? He needs money to pay his studies . And he wants to explore Europe !
He has an idea ! During summer break he’s gonna work as a Welder in the Netherlands.
… he uses Google to filter the Internet for suitable ways to find work abroad. Within seconds he finds OTTOjobs as best cockpit to find work abroad .

He logs in to Netlog.com … And adds the OTTOjobs application to the site
And he does the same on Nasza-klasa.pl …
He also subscribes to OTTOjobs Recruiter via an RSS feed . Via RSS he can check detailed Job Offers on his iPhone immediately .
Within one day OTTOjobs Recruiter found jobs for Piotr. OTTOjobs Recruiter matched Job Offers with the tags Piotr added to his profile .
The next day… Piotr receives an SMS with the news there are several Job Offers for him. So he checks his RSS feeds on his iPhone to learn more about the Job Offers.
He logs in on Nasza-Klasa.pl and opens the OTTOjobs application .
He forwards the Job Offer to some friends.
He likes the job! But he wants to know more about… … the company , … where he will live , … and the social environment .
Via OTTOjobs.eu he opens the integrated Googlemaps platform.
He looks for information about the company…
… where he will live
… If there are any friends around
… and what kind of social possibilities there are in his spare time.
By clicking on one of these items he can read reviews of other workers and see photos and movies about his job, accomodations etc.
Piotr has enough information. There he goes… Together with some friends…
To prevent his Mother won’t miss him he gave his Blog link to his Mother.
He promised to publish stories about his life in the Netherlands. His family and friends subscribe to his personal RSS feeds . … So they stay informed about Piotr’s life in the Netherlands.
once he has photos or movies to share he links to these sites at his Blog. Piotr uses Flickr to uploads his photos … … and Youtube to upload his movies .

Every time he’s online he forwards some new Job Offers to other friends. … and also publishes the jobs on his Blog via RSS . Bieb bieb
He stayed in the Netherlands for three month … … and he made a lot of new friends .
Back in Poland… He sees his former boss wrote a recommendation about his work.
On OTTOjobs.eu he also writes a recommendation for his former boss. It’s a good employer to work for!
He also adds his former boss and account manager to his friends on Netlog .
And he joins the Welder Community… He adds more friends…
He writes reviews about accomodation and the social environment on OTTOsupport .
In september he restarts his study in Cracow .

One year ago Piotr used word-of-mouth and a visit to the recruitment agency .
Now he only uses… … his Internet Browser … and his Mobile Browser
Through his many reviews and recommendations Piotr is contacted by many other workers He sets up a team and starts his own online recruitment network
He uses the same channels as he did for his own purposes. OTTOjobs pays him a fee per matched team member .
So he is even making more money with the system…
And he’s making his friends happy with new jobs !
