The word 'bullying' has lost a part of its meaning. Children and parents use the word for very different forms of behaviour.
It's very important to distinct structural forms of bullying from more incidental forms. 80% of bullying is incidental and must be seen as part of social learning. 20% is behaviour that is damaging for both the victim, as the actor. This curve helps to get a better understanding of the different forms of bullying.
