  • Greg Morton2010
    Career Highlights
  • Leading up to 2010
My career has been built on a strong educational foundation. As a life long learner , my education has continued through additional academic pursuits and work place experiences.
Over the years I have built and continue to maintain a formidable network of executive peers.
I am proud of my accomplishments, of which, there are many.
  • Education
  • Business Education
    • MBA, Pepperdine University Magna Cum Laude
    • BA, Management, Vanguard University of Southern California, Suma Cum Laude
    • SPHR, Society Human Resource Management
  • Experience
  • Experiences
I was a paperboy as a child and again as a young adult. I’ve worked with my hands, and my mind. I have been a comic, a student and a many times a leader.
I carried a bag early in my sales career. I’ve grown revenue, going from zero – to $50 million annually in 4 years.
I have managed the creative process, communications and have headed up marketing. Reported to 2 CEOs, at pre-public private firm and large publicly traded firm.
  • Information Services
“As the VP of Sales & Marketing at Fidelity, Greg was a consumate professional. He is one of those unique sales executives that not only understand how to motivate and manage a sales force, but can sell his product as well. In the Marketing area, Greg is very perceptive on the most successful approach to attracting and maintaining a customer base. His background in all aspects of the customer experience allow him to work extremely well with other departments and utilize their expertise to build programs that benefit all areas.”
Stephen Giesbrecht, Operations Manager, Fidelity Information Services.
“Greg has the strong work ethic and attention to detail necessary for success in a customer-facing role. While at Fidelity National he was directly responsible for a substantial increase in revenue and also developed cutting-edge marketing material, later imitated by other Fortune 500 companies. Greg is the type of results oriented person that no organization should be without.”
    Mike Kennedy, Enterprise Systems Coordinator,
    Fidelity National Tax Service
  • Human Capital
“Creative, out-of-the-box, fearless, passionate, insightful, intelligent, dignified, transparent, straightforward, honest, and extremely personable. Greg has an eye for what works. He finds synergy even in the disparate. He sees connections others miss. He creates value in everything he touches. All this, and still, I believe Greg's "best stuff" is yet to come.”
CJ Coolidge, Business Development Advisory Board, Administaff, Inc.
“Greg is hands down the best person I've ever worked for. He is a natural leader who excels at finding the hidden talents of others and helping them develop. Greg is committed to helping others succeed and always goes the extra mile to do so.”
    David York, Manager, eMarketing, Administaff
  • Training & Development

He quickly engaged individuals and the work group, listened openly and respectfully, set performance expectations WITH them, and provided the much-needed encouragement and credibility required to lift their collective spirit and performance. Greg executes results through respect, sincerity, and good humor.”
    Joyce Thompsen, Executive Consultant, AchieveGlolbal

His sales driven, marketing supported management style is well complemented by his care and support of the entire marketing organization.
