  • Background
    The purpose of this deck is to outline the key communications, messages and positioning statements of the new enhanced Pulse Point and advanced sales analytics platform.
    The intention is to define the over-arching value proposition of the Pulse Point, CSC’s single Global Enterprise SAP CRM system of record, as well as to provide specifics concerning the enhanced performance, streamlined user experience and powerful analytics.
     
    This deck will outlinethe communication tactics used to deliver consistent information across all internal materials and channels to drive education, training, adoption, participation and usage of the New Pulse Point CRM SAP 7.0 and BI Platforms.
     
    At the beginning of May, the Global Sales Operation Team began a series of weekly communications. The primary purpose of the weekly communications was to announce the launch of the new Pulse Point platform. The Pulse Point “Go Live” Date was scheduled for Monday, May 16th – this date slipped. This deck also outlines crisis management steps with leadership and audience.
     
    The “Go Live” signified the 18 months Pulse Point Upgrade Project named “Paradigm Shift”.

    • 12. This is a "public site" opened to all of CSC employees. Of course, our primary audience for this site is our Pulse Point User community. This site will be a knowledge and resource centre used to administer training schedules, assess models, DA contact listings, reference materials and links to learning tools (i.e. Pulse Point & BEx Analyzer recorded training sessions).
