Business Project Marketing team. 2. Lectures thought the marketing team. What can be posted on the Facebook Marketing Page? The following items can be posted on the Facebook Marketing Page: 1. General Business Project updates. 2. Notifications from lectures. 3. Job descriptions from teams. 4. Advice and tip documents. 5. Photos How will they be posted? Bellow says how different 1. General Business Project updates – this will be done by the business project marketing team. General updates should be sent to the team via e-mail (bproject2013@gmail.com) 2. Notifications from lectures – this should be done by e-mail (bproject2013@hotmail.com) with the subject being lecturer message for all business project students or similar. 3. Job descriptions from teams – Job descriptions should be send in a word document to the business project team. It should be spelt checked before sending. The document should be sent in a e-mail to bproject2013@gmail.com with the subject be the team ID (e.g BP group 1) or the project name (beams 1) and job descriptions. 4. Advice and tip documents – this will be posted by the business project marketing team.© University of Greenwich (BITE) and BP marketing Team
  4. 4. 5. Photos – this will be photos that have been taken though out the project. The marketing team will upload the marketing photos but students will be encouraged to upload their own. All photos will be checked before being allowed to be published.Times and datesThe Facebook Marketing page will go active on 9am of the day of the firstpresentation to students (5th march 2013).All posts submitted will go live within a 24-hour period. Urgent posts will beupdated with a 2-hour period. Job descriptions will be posted as they come in onthe day that they are meant to be posted on.Rules and safetyThe following are rule and safety protocols for the twitter: 1. Abusive language or threating behavior will not be tolerated. Any student found posting any thing like this would be banned from the twitter page. 2. Any posts not to do with business project will be removed.2) Business Project Facebook Groups The Business Project Groups will be assigned to each group to communicate and is to be used though out the project.Who will use the Facebook groups? All student will be using the groups but the group will depend on what group they are working in. The business project team will be using them to keep track of what is going on.How will it will work 1. The Marketing team have set up a Facebook profile called BP Mark. 2. On this profile a number of groups will be setup one for each group. 3. Each team leader will need to add bp mark profile they will then be assigned their according group. 4. The team leader will then add all team members in to there group 5. They will then be able to communicate using this page. 6.
