  • I have a suggestion too-- though it isn't necessarily for FAST weight loss-- more long-term and overall health.
    Stop sitting so much!
    Okay this might sound kind of vague and hard to do, what with all of the desk jobs we have these days, but trust me, I have a desk job too and I made the switch.
    I started using a NextDesk about 5 months ago and the difference it has made in my life has been huge. I've lost weight, improved my energy, my posture, and my health overall. Mine is adjustable in height so with the push of a button it can move to any height I want, which has been really convenient for when I want to take 'sitting breaks.'
