Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services - BI DeploymentConsiderable productivity improvement in getting various reports for analysis hasresulted across the companys departments.Wednesday, June 01, 2011The Problem: Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services required an MIS reportingand data analysis solution that could help generate and schedule reports to themanagement to track and understand the performance and do better monitoring ofcollections & business. The IT team used to provide reports to the users in Excelsheets, which was a tedious manual task. Thus there was a need to have a BI toolwhich could provide insight into the business and help increase productivity aswell.The Solution: The company deployed one 1Key BI solution that offeredautomated scheduling system, which has resulted in making the job easier byadding predictability to the AIS environment.
