    1. EETT Grant: Project ATOM Goals and Objectives
    2. Program for Students  Students in the target group will achieve grade level proficiency with technology literacy and will use technology as a tool to support meeting state academic content standards.  All students will increase their use of electronic organizers/concept mapping tools.  All students will increase their use of technology to communicate, share, and present information.
    3. Students in the target group will achieve grade level proficiency with technology literacy and will use technology as a tool to support meeting state academic content standards.  The percentage of students in the target group that demonstrate an increase in their use of technology as a tool to support meeting academic content standards will increase from a baseline of 2% in the 2007-2008 school year to 80% by June 30, 2010.  Pre/Post completion of the EdTech Profile Student Technology Use Survey as defined by the percentage of students who use technology at least once a week in one of their classes.  EdTech Profile will be completed or updated by May 1 each year.
    4. Students in the target group will achieve grade level proficiency with technology literacy and will use technology as a tool to support meeting state academic content standards.  The percentage of students in the target group that improve academic achievement of the state content standards will increase from a baseline of 39% in the 2007-2008 school year to 49% by June 30, 2010.  District trimester benchmark assessments.
    5. All students will increase their use of electronic graphic organizers/concept mapping tools.  The percentage of students in the target group that will develop completed graphic organizers/concept maps and save them to their digital portfolios will increase from a baseline of 2% in the 2007-2008 school year to 80% by June 30, 2010.  Digital Portfolio assessment and the number of saved concept maps.  Digital portfolios will be evaluated three times each year.  Digital portfolios as defined by the percentage of students who have at least 1 concept organizer/ trimester stored.
    6. All Students will increase their use of technology to communicate, share, and present information.  The percentage of students in the target groups that have five or more completed digital presentations will increase from a baseline of 2% in the 2007-2008 school year to 80% by June 30, 2010.  Digital Portfolio assessment and the number of saved concept maps.  Digital portfolios will be evaluated three times each year.  Digital portfolio as defined by the percentage of students who have at least 1 multimedia presentation/trimester stored.
    7. Professional Development  Teachers in the target group participating in professional development on education technology will become proficient with technology literacy and will use technology to improve student achievement.  All teachers in the target group participating in professional development on education technology will increase their proficiency with integrating technology in their standards-aligned curriculum.
    8. Teachers in the target group participating in professional development on education technology will become proficient with technology literacy and will use technology to improve student achievement.  Teachers in the target group who participated in professional development on education technology will increase proficiency with technology literacy from a baseline of 10% in the 2007-2008 school year to 80% by June 30, 2010.  Pre/Post completion of the EdTechProfile Technology Proficiency Assessment as defined as the percentage of teachers achieving at least the “Intermediate” level in the “Presentation Software” category.  Classroom visitations

All teachers in the target group participating in professional development on education technology will increase their proficiency with integrating technology in their standards-aligned curriculum.  Teachers in the target group who participated in professional development on education technology will increase proficiency with integrating technology from a baseline of 16% in the 2007-2008 school year to 86% by June 30, 2010.  Pre/Post completion of the EdTechProfile Technology Proficiency Assessment as defined as the percentage of teachers achieving at least the Intermediate level of Standard 9.  Classroom visitations
    10. Expanded Access  All students and teachers in the target group will have expanded access to up-to-date technology and will have access to the technical support necessary to implement the EETT Competitive program.  The average student-to-multimedia computer ration at funded school in the application will decrease from a baseline of 1:15 in the 2007-2008 school year to 1:3 by June 30, 2010.  California School Technology Survey
    11. Communication and Collaboration Among Home, School, and Community  Technology will be used to establish and/or improve communication and collaboration among home, school, and community to support student learning.  The percentage of parents participating in Project ATOM activities will increase from a baseline of 0% in the 2007-2008 school year to 30% by June 30, 2010.  The percentage of teachers that will improve their use of technology to communicate and collaborate among home, school, and community will increase from a baseline of 5% in the 2007-2008 school year to 85% by June 30, 2010.  EdTechProfile Technology Assessment Profile  Family Technology Night Participation Information
