  2. 2. Add Background Video <ul><li>Add media </li></ul><ul><li>Drag and drop video into Video Track 1 </li></ul>
  3. 3. Add Green Screen Video <ul><li>Click the Capture tab </li></ul><ul><li>Click the Capture button </li></ul><ul><li>Click the Edit tab </li></ul><ul><li>Drag and drop the green screen video into Video Track 2 </li></ul>
  4. 4. Apply Green Screen Effect <ul><li>Drag and drop the Chroma Key Effect onto the green screen video clip </li></ul>
  5. 5. Adjust Chroma Key Properties <ul><li>Use the dropper to select a sample of the green screen </li></ul><ul><li>Adjust the Similarity to remove as much of the green screen as possible </li></ul>
  6. 6. Chroma Key Glossary <ul><li>Similarity: Adjusts the range of color that will be made transparent. </li></ul><ul><li>Blend: Blends the keyed out clip with the background clip. </li></ul><ul><li>Threshold: Adjust the amount of shadow in the keyed out color. </li></ul><ul><li>Cutoff: Darkens or lightens shadows. </li></ul><ul><li>Smoothing: Blends pixels to soften and smooth edges. </li></ul><ul><li>Mask Only: Displays only the background clip with a white area representing the keyed clip. </li></ul>
