  • 3. Tele-Sure answers after hours calls, saves money and provides efficiencies When your office is closed simply call forward your main number to an 800 number associated with the IVR greeting we design for you practice
      • Voice Mail IVR Greeting (Interactive Voice Response) - thank you for calling ( your practice name ) if this is a medical emergency, please hang up and dial 911 our office is currently closed please choose from the following menu
          • Daytime IVR greeting/menu & Nighttime IVR greeting/menu
          • The greeting would route the caller to leave a message
        • Non Urgent Messages are routed to an extension/voicemail internal to the practice or to voice mail boxes provided by Telesure
        • Urgent messages are routed according to the on call list provided by the practice
        • Calls are tracked, recorded and archived for enhanced risk management

    • System Features
    • Nag System - Six attempts to contact on call provider and alert them of an urgent message waiting. The system attempts every ten minutes until the message is picked up
        • Three attempts to the primary number
        • Three attempts to a secondary or escalated number
    • One Touch Auto Call Back - Listen to a voice mail and in “ one touch” return the call never picking up a pencil
        • Press 1 to listen to a message, 2 to call the caller back
        • If more than one message is waiting press the # key and 1 then 2 again
    • Physicians Caller ID Cloaked – The caller ID of the provider’s office is given to the patient. Physician's privacy is never compromised and the chance of call screening is reduced
    • Disaster Recovery - In the event the phone services or system at your office is interrupted we can take your calls via our Telesure system seamlessly as an extension of your office
    • Archival – All messages in the Telesure system are archived for 14 days before being deleted and can be archived longer if needed
    • Documentation –Documentation of the call and the recorded message is sent to the provider’s office via email or voice mail

    • RNs On-Call Nurse Triage is available in all of the Nurse Compact states
    • The states currently participating in the Nurse Licensure Compact are:  Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware,  Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin.

    • Advanced Features
      • Electronic Medical Record Interface – RNs On-Call will put call documentation right into the patients medical record for continuity of care. All we need is to a VPN license for the practices EMR system and training on the EMR software
      • On-Line Appointment Scheduling – Practice provides RNs On-Call with web access to the scheduling software for scheduling appointments for patients during a triage call
      • Translation Services – our nurses have the ability to include a translator, via a three way call, fluent in over 150 languages
