      • Social media is instantaneous. (i.e. companies responding to customers on Twitter.)
      • It’s a one-stop shop for connecting to people in your life. (Facebook)
      • I can play a game of Scrabble with my father and sister; respond to a request to tape a radio show; market my business’ upcoming event and catch up with friends – old and new all from one site.
      • SM is the new way to network for business. Want a new job. Post your credentials and get recommendations on LinkedIn.
Thanks Rachelle Beckner, Kanawha County Public Library @rachellebeckner
      • This PowerPoint slide represents “old world” and linear thinking.
        • Marketers now live in a “new world” where information can be and is communicated with anyone, anywhere, anytime, and in any order for colleagues – partners – customers.
      • Today’s information should be presented in a Prezi format. What is it?
