Hotel accommodations are notincluded in this fee. Full payment must be received one week before the event. Proceedings can not be guaranteed for registrations less than twoweeks in advance. If arriving without payment having been received, credit card information will be required for on site registration. There is a 20%discount for the third to fifth persons, 30% for the sixth and up with the same company; and a 25% discount for full time faculty and students (sendcopy of ID).
