    Social Media is already influencing education at all levels. Keep in mind that our second graders are creating Facebook and developing presentations. Be ready, if you aren’t now to market to the digital generation. They are breathing down your necks. Higher education needs a wake up call.

    This is so great, Bud. I think the only thing I would add is that MOST businesses, IMO, need to learn how to be open and social internally before they start playing in the public sandboxes. These kids today... they always throw shovels unless they learn to play nice at home first.

    Yes! A long term commitment AND a short term flexibility. Opportunities come and go. Companies should reserve some budget and some enthusiasm to re-act instantly.
