    • STATISTICS:
      • Giant Panda’s are most commonly found in China.
      • Giant Panda’s eat arrow bamboo and plants in the wild and sometimes small animals; cereal, milk, vegetables, and meat in captivity.
      • Panda are illegal to hunt and kill.
    • Size of Panda’s
      • Baby Panda’s weigh about 3 to 4 ounces.
      • Height: 5 ft. standing erect. Females slightly smaller
      • Weight: Up to 265 pounds females weigh less.
    • BREEDING
      • Sexual Maturity: Not known
      • Breeding Season: Not known, but thought to be April
      • Gestation: Five months
      • Number of young: Usually a single cub, but sometimes more.
    • Habitat
      • Panda’s live in many parts of China.
    • Human Interaction
      • Since Giant Panda’s live in captivity they have a lot of human interaction.
      • Panda’s are not open to all of the public, but mostly to people who work or care for them.
