    • Timers placed on heat lamps in guest bathrooms to reduce consumption.
    • Glassware offered in all guest rooms instead of disposable cups.
    • Guest room refrigerators are on a by-request basis to eliminate use of Ammonia Coolant (a potent green house gas)

    • All cooking oil waste material is being recycled.
    • Hotel Marquis have been switched to energy-saving LED light fixtures.
    • Heating and cooling systems turned down when banquet rooms are not in use.
    • Air filters are changed quarterly to reduce energy consumption.
    • Outdoor lighting is regulated by timers to reduce energy consumption.
