  • Of course you have! I mean, who hasn’t? Every one has some sort of dream they want to come true, right?
  • It may seem impossible and some may even call you crazy. But then again these dreams have to be within reason or this will be all for nothing. Dreams like traveling, getting in shape, being an amazing artist, etc. Those aren’t impossible to achieve. I want to be an amazing artist and travel the world.
  • I don’t want this to sound like a How To Guide but it kind of is in a way, but the steps are easy.
  • Really the hardest part is just getting started or even finding a drive to start. Getting motivated is tough, trust me, especially if you have no idea on how to even start. Do research! Seriously, research on what you want to do. For instance I want to travel, so I researched blogs and stories of people who got up and took a plane to God knows where. Learn from their experiences too. Also supportive friends!
  • When I was 14 I was chubby and about 198 pounds and I really wanted to get in shape. So my parents got a gym membership for me and I was dedicated. I lost a total of 54 pounds by my freshman year of high school and I was 144. Once I started seeing my results it fueled me to keep going and I’m still keeping my dream alive today.
  • Just go out and do it! That’s really it. It’ll take awhile but it’s worth it in the end.
  • These are just some ideas and steps that have helped me out and I’ve read in some books that my mom has.
  • See yourself doing whatever it is. Just the cliché “close your eyes and imagine,” thing really. It works though it really does.
  • Articles, blogs, and books on attaining your dreams always talk about visualization. If don’t see yourself accomplishing your dream, then who do you see doing it instead? This is the first step because will you have to have the image in your head first.
  • Again, it’s cliché but it works. People write down what they want to do and put the pictures of what they want to do in these things just to help them visualize. It’s just another tool.
  • Start writing down these things.
  • Write one dream per page so you can write down the steps under each dream. Baby steps are key because you can’t buy a ticket to another country without money or a passport. Do each thing little by little.
  • I had no idea what I was doing when I first started working out. A personal trainer came up to me and sat me down and talked to me about it. He set up a schedule for me to follow each week. (Go over my routine.) Then I would workout with my friends and they would give me tips and so forth.
  • Just don’t give up.
  • That bump or brick all will come along and try to ruin things for you, but you got to break through or jump over it. No one said it would be easy so there will be obstacles to overcome and test you .
  • Even if you’re almost finished don’t stop and keep going! You didn’t come all this way for nothing.
  • Now it’s your turn! Get out there and get started! Don’t let people bring you down! You and only you know what you want to do with your life.
