Introduction Usability Review Disclaimer Usability review is based on usability best practices, open domain research and the Usability experts’ prior experience. The evaluation exercise depends upon information gathered through interactions. However, there was no direct interaction with the end users before this evaluation. Nor were there any stakeholder interactions that would form the base for the team’s understanding of business, product, technology, customer and user perspectives. This limits fidelity of findings and recommendations. It is recommended to follow the UCD (User Centered Design) processes to yield higher fidelity of recommendations. Also, since the efforts and time expended in this research are minimal, the coverage and the depth of the findings are at fairly high level.
Proposed Next Steps

Digital Team and Higher Management to review the report.

Higher Management to decide the validity and relevance of points.

Digital Team works on detailed usability studies to derive better value and high fidelity solution.
