Accelerated Benefit Riders  Use of any Accelerated Benefit Rider will terminate the life insurance policy unless the benefit accelerated is under a spousal term or other insured rider, in which case the rider will terminate – Partial Settlements Coming the first quarter of 2014.  For Chronic and Critical Illnesses, Accelerated Benefit Rider is not allowed on policies rated higher than table 4 or if there is a flat extra of more than $5.00 per thousand.
