  • 3. Failing to Plan is the same as Planning to Fail
  • 4. Think of a goal as your final destination, if you don’t know what your final destination is, there is no way to plan on how to get there. No Planning = Failing
  • 5. Big Hairy Audacious Goal While you want your goals to be attainable, it’s also important to have a long term BHAG. This is something that is “out there”, something that quite possibly might not be attainable but something that you would really like to accomplish long term.

  • 7. Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Time
  • 8. The Next Move is Yours Action No Action equals equals Gain No Gain You must take Action
  • 9. In your business, you can make a couple thousand per month(very part time) - or you can make a couple thousand per day. The Choice is yours.
  • 10. Money You Make Your income is only limited by you Your Time and Effort Spent
  • 11. This business (your business) is very simple but it is not always easy
  • 12. Where are you now? Where do you want to be… 1 year, 3 years, 5 years ?

  • 15. It’s simple: Someone starts a $100 per month savings plan, the insurance company pays ~ $1,000 in commissions. Someone starts a $300 per month savings plan, the insurance company pays ~ $3,000 in commissions. Someone starts a $500 per month savings plan, the insurance company pays ~ $5,000 in commissions. Someone starts a $1,000 per month savings plan, the insurance company pays ~ $10,000 in commissions. . Get the idea?

  • 25. So how do you translate your Goals into Plans? Example: 1st Goal – make $25,000 in 1st 90 days into a Plan If an average sale paid you $2,500 and 1 out of 20 people you prospected bought, then you need to prospect 2 to 3 people per day to make your Goal of $25,000 in 90 days.
  • 26. Summary 1. Write your goals down. (e.g. $25,000 in 90 days) 2. Translate each goal into a Daily Action Plan. (e.g. Prospect 2 to 3 people per day).
  • 27. Have Top of Mind Awareness Look at your Daily Action Plan everyday when you wake up and when you go to sleep, even if you’re doing other activities that day. Keep a look out for Prospects during your daily living activities… … They’re every where !
