Preparation for the Interview • Find out about: - the course- read about modules offered - the subject area, and not just from the university website or prospectus - what you would like to do after the course in terms of career or future specialism - the institution and what that department specializes in - why choose that course?

The Day of the Interview • Make sure you know how to get to the interview room • Arrive on time and look smart • Bring everything you were asked to bring i.e. portfolios, qualifications • Make a good impression • Consider body language • Listen to the questions you are being asked • End the Interview on a positive note
