  • 1. Think Gratitude.A grateful mindset exerts a powerful influence on your outlook. Not only does it make you feel good in themoment, it also shifts your focus in a positive direction. Turn your attention toward your blessings andkeep it there. As you focus more on what you are grateful for in your life, you will worry less aboutanything that may be lacking.
