Lesson # 1 : Get rid of a couple of your less valuable desires
If you want less instead of more, more, more then your desires are more likely to be fulfilled. And if you throw away a few of those desires that you may not really want or need that much anyway you’ll probably start to feel less stressed and worried. This is a calmer and better place to be to enjoy your day and to take the time discover the happiness that is already in your life.

Lesson # 2 : It’s just a perspective
By keeping this mind open you become more accepting of other people and their perspectives and thoughts. And it becomes easier to see and find common ground instead of getting your focus stuck on differences.

Lesson # 3 : Laugh
Taking things and yourself less seriously can really help you to decrease conflicts, anger, sadness and anxiety. And laughing at life and yourself releases tension and tends to make you less susceptible to the gray and dreary clouds of negativity that may plague others.

Lesson # 4 : Be patient
People often make the mistake of giving up too early. Learn from people who have gone where you want to go. Talk to them. This will not give you a complete plan but a clearer perspective of what is needed to achieve what you want.

Lesson # 5 : Focus on clearing your own fields
What someone says about you may not be much of a reflection of you but of the person that said it. It can help you to learn more about yourself, what you fear and how you may be fooling yourself. It can be a reminder to go back to focusing on what needs to be cleared on your own fields.

Lesson # 6 : Focus on doing what you think and feel is right
By letting go of the things that don’t really matter that much and instead focusing on what YOU think about things and doing what YOU think is the right thing you can save a whole bunch of time and improve your results and your self esteem. What someone else says simply doesn’t make matter that much anymore.

Lesson # 7 : If you are going your own way, prepare for reactions
If you start changing then people may react in different ways. Some may be happy for you. Some may be indifferent. Some may be puzzled or react in negative and discouraging ways. And that’s OK. Most likely they won’t react as negatively as you may imagine. Or they will probably at least go back to focusing on their own challenges pretty soon.

Lesson # 8 : Focus on building helpful habits
Becoming really good at something in your life isn’t about short spurts now and then when you feel like it. It’s about habits and consistency. Focus on the process and you will be a lot more relaxed and likely to continue than if you stare yourself blind on the potential results that never come as quickly as you want to and puts you on an emotional rollercoaster from day to day.

Lesson # 9 : What they say might not really be about you
Ask yourself what the real problem in your life is. And what you can do about it. Instead of just lashing
out and feeding more negativity into your and someone else’s life. One thing you can pretty sure of is
that the more people try to boost their own value and temporary positive feelings by putting someone
else down, the worse they feel about themselves and their lives.

Lesson # 10 : Take notice of what others may teach you
Therefore what you notice and what irritates you in others can teach you important things about yourself. Things you may not be aware of. In a way people can be like a mirror for you. A mirror that can help you to learn more about yourself, what you fear and how you may be fooling yourself.

Take your time in reading them. Inwardly digest them. Chew on them. Be challenged by them. Don’t discard them, but simply ask yourself ‘what is the lesson I have just learned’ once you have read them. Read them more than once. Seek to understand.
