What is… Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)?<br />Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) <br />is the act of serving legitimate needs <br />through corporate support of worthy causes.<br />In the U.S., among many great needs, <br />is a need for assistance… <br />…Assistance to aid our American service members <br />with post-deployment reintegration <br />Back into family & civilian life. <br />
  • 3. From December 31, 2008 to December 31, 2009, <br />the top seven (7) U.S. charitable foundations <br />that engaged in Corporate Giving<br />Contributed over $1 Billion Dollars<br />to worthy causes in “cash” & “in kind” donations.<br />$$1,084,016,675<br />
  • 4. Is Corporate Social Responsibility important to your organization?<br />Corporate Social Responsibility suggests <br />that the needs of the customers & clients <br />who produced your prosperity, <br />Mean more than merely an opportunity for profit.<br />
