Vehicle Impound Facility <ul><li>City Council directed the police department to begin examining the feasibility of establishing a municipally owned and operated vehicle impound facility. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>What follows is a very basic analysis that can be used by council to determine further direction. </li></ul></ul>
