    12. For example Try: Your design on the Jackson Moonie Project was on time. One thing that might be worth considering is getting it right first time. We revised your design a a number of time due to errors Instead of: You don’t get your design right before you present to the client.
    13. Tip Three Own your feedback – speak from the “I”
    14. For example Try: I know that sometimes we are under pressure to meet time deadlines. I’ve noticed that in these circumstances the quality of the work is compromised. Instead of: You should stop rushing your work and making mistakes in the process
    15. Tip Four Be timely
    16. For example Try: Yesterday, I felt your presentation to the client needed more information on the thought behind your design Instead of: Last year you presented really badly to the clients

    19. 1. Remember to breath
    20. We get tense, and are therefore less able to hear
    21. 2.Listen carefully and make sure you understand
    22. Really clarify and confirm what you hear. Make sure its specific
    23. 3. Take time to digest what has been said
    24. Even good feedback can be difficult to absorb. Its important to grant yourself time to consider it
