What are my resources? •Technology - computers, hardware, software, digital devices, productivity tools, Google apps, tech support, etc. •Equipment - office space, good lighting, printers, video camera, ergonomics, phones, etc. •A players - admin & tech support, accountant, lawyer, partners, sponsors, collaborators, advisors, investors, master mind group, affiliates, influencers, mentors, virtual assistants, coaches,VAP (Virtual Advice People) etc. (It takes a village.) •Money - startup capital, crowd funding, investments, cash flow, burn rate, etc.

  21. 21. Think of it as a blueprint for your vision.
  22. 22. Set up GOALS in your ACTION PLAN to support your VISION. This is called PLANNING.

  35. 35. It’s like throwing spaghetti at a wall and seeing if any of it sticks.
  36. 36. An action plan minimizes your chance of failure and increases your chance of success.

  38. 38. You can’t achieve what you can’t measure.
  39. 39. An ACTION PLAN without METRICS leads to the path of UKNOWN.
  40. 40. Ignorance is bliss. But it’s still ignorance.
  41. 41. If you don’t love data and metrics, you better have someone on your TEAM who does.
  42. 42. Understanding what direction to take relies on feedback from data.
  43. 43. 5.Adapt - Be flexible because even with the best laid out plans, things can go sideways....and they will.

  45. 45. Be adaptable. Go with the flow. Let it go.
