Dear SBAV Members and Friends
Love & Prosperity - Chap Goh Mei Charity Dinner 2014
Each year we hold an annual dinner on the 15th of the first lunar month. This auspicious date
would fall on 14 Feb 2014 and as such our dinner is themed Love and Prosperity. This dinner is
an opportunity for all Singaporeans and friends of Singapore to share an informal evening
get-together as well as raising funds for deserving non-profits organisations.
Fund raising: 50% of the proceeds raised for this event would be donated to CSR activities,
both with the aim to enrich the lives of the under privileged. To do this, we need your help
and support. In-kind sponsorships would be used as lucky draws or used as gift prizes for
game. Cash sponsorship would be consolidated together with the proceeds and given to the
identified organisations as a lump sum.
Programme highlights: There will be short address by dignitary, games and lucky draws.
Business opportunities: We would ask that you provide to us with your company logo and
marketing flyers so that we can display it at the venue, our website and event promotional eflyer. We will have our own slideshow presentation that will include your logos and perhaps
some other information that you may wish to promote. This presentation will be
continuously playing throughout the night. We will take the opportunity to make a special
mention of your support on the night and after the event we will be sending out a newsletter
about the success of the night to the attendees as well as our database and will once again
make mention of your support.
If you have any ideas or suggestions that you would like to discuss please do not hesitate
to call, we would be happy to hear from you.
